アマノカグヤマは「天香具山」「天香久山」などと表記されています。

でるもなか が描く異世界・夛果海原（たかあまはら）を旅する少年、岩村眞人が先祖の謎を解き明かすために、最も重要な存在と考えている人物です。

天香具山は、古代ヤマトの大王・ニギハヤヒの長男です。

ニギハヤヒの下、祭祀を司っていたと思われます。

父親であるニギハヤヒには、妃であるトミヤヒメとの間に、ウマシホヤヒメ（熟穂屋媛）という娘が居て、つまりは天香具山にとって母親違いの妹になります。

天香具山とウマシホヤヒメは、恐らくはヤマトの聖なる三山の一座、「天香具山」の祭祀に関わるうちに、深い仲になってしまったと思われます。

兄妹で子を成してしまったのです。

初代・神武天皇がヤマトの橿原で即位し、天香具山は北陸へ遣わされ、やがて最終的に越後の地にて神となったと思われます。

越後の一ノ宮・彌彦神社では「天香語山命」（アメノカゴヤマノミコト）として祀られています。

天香語山命は彌彦大神と呼ばれています。

彌彦は「イヤヒコ」とよみますが、昔々は「伊夜日子」などと表記されていました。

天香具山、つまり「伊夜日子」の父親であるニギハヤヒは「伊猛」（イタケル）であり、そのまた父親はスサノオノミコトですが、スサノオノミコトは「伊弉諾」（イザナギ）から生まれたのです。

伊弉諾→スサノオ→伊猛→伊夜日子

スサノオノミコトは、後々の諡号でしょう。元々は別の姓名だったのではないでしょうか。

代々の名を並べてみれば「伊」という氏族の系譜であると考えられます。

歴史学者、研究者には彌彦神社の天香語山命（アメノカゴヤマノミコト）について、様々な人物が推測されています。

第八代考元天皇（こうげんてんのう）の皇子であり、後の崇神天皇により四道将軍の一人として北陸を平定した「大彦将軍」である、と見る人がいます。

また、昔々に広く日本海側に勢力を誇った「越の国王・アビコ」であろうと考える見方も有ります。

そしてもう一つは古代ヤマトの大王・ニギハヤヒの長男であり、祭祀を司り、神武天皇の命により北陸へ遣わされ、後に諡号として天香語山命とされた人物。

Amano Kaguyama is the eldest son of Nigihayahi, the great king of ancient Yamato.

Under Nigihayahi, he is believed to have been in charge of rituals.

His father, Nigihayahi, had a daughter with his wife, Tomiyahime, named Umashihoyahime .

It is believed that Amano-Kaguyama and Umashhoya-hime became close friends while being involved in the rituals of "Amano-Kaguyama," the troupe of the three sacred mountains of Yamato.

They had a child.

It is believed that the first Emperor Jinmu was enthroned in Kashihara, Yamato, and Amano-Kaguyama was sent to Hokuriku, and eventually became a god in the land of Echigo.

At Echigo's Ichinomiya Yahiko Shrine, he is enshrined as "Ame no Kagoyama no Mikoto".

Ameno Kagoyama no Mikoto is called Yahiko Okami.

Yahiko is called "Iyahiko" .

 In the old days, it was written as "Iyahiko."

The father of Ameno Kagoyama, or ``Iyahiko,''～ is ``Itakeru,'' and his father is Susanoo-no-Mikoto, who was born from ``Izanagi.''

I-zanagi → Susanoo → I-take → I-yahiko

Susanoo no Mikoto would be his posthumous name later. It may have originally had a different surname.

If you look at the names of the generations, you can think that it is the genealogy of the clan called 'I'.

Various historians and researchers speculate about Amenokagoyama no Mikoto of Yahiko Shrine.

He was the son of the 8th  Kogen-Tenno, and some people see him as the ``O-hiko Shogun'' who conquered Hokuriku as one of the Shido Shoguns by the later Sujin Tenno.

In addition, there is also a view that it is the ``King of Koshi, Abiko,'' who once boasted power over the Sea of Japan.

The other is the eldest son of Nigihayahi, the great king of ancient Yamato, who was in charge of rituals, was sent to Hokuriku by order of Jinmu-Tenno, and was later given the posthumous name Ameno Kagoyama no Mikoto.
