でるもなかが描く異世界・夛果海原（たかあまはら）を旅する少年、岩村眞人（いわむらまさと）。

彼は自らの先祖の謎を解き明かすため、夛果海原に坐す…といわれる神々との出逢いを求めて旅しています。

岩村眞人は海岸線の街、湘南で暮らす少年ですが、或る日、彼の両親は謎の書き置きだけを残して行方知れずとなってしまいます。

少年はショックを受けました。

岩村少年は、従姉から様々な助けを貰って生活する内に、父や母の先祖についての謎に引き寄せられてゆきます。

そして遂に彼は決意を固め、第弐江乃電の車輌に乗り込み、遥かなる沖の異世界・夛果海原（たかあまはら）へと旅立ったのです。
